INVENTORY SPECIALIST - PH

Responsibilities:

Create and process purchase orders receipts based on packing lists provided by suppliers
Check invoices from suppliers to ensure they match system information
Communicate invoice status/issues with the finance team
Process and manage inventory receipt requests, adjustments, and transfers
Monitor factory files and ensure all delivered goods match receipts
Quarterly inventory reconciliations
Inventory transfers between warehouses

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or in a related field
Prior experience related to inventory management
Extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and capable of troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies/issues
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong Excel skills and experience working with data management Prior experience in a B2B business preferred

This is a full-time remote position with working hours during the US ET work-day
