ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports for statutory (i.e., tax reporting) and management reporting purposes.
  • Control various general ledger functions including, but are not limited to journal entry preparation, month-end clAse activities and GL account reconciliation.
  • Reconcile and maintain the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledger to ensure that all activities are accounted for and are properly posted on a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of the weekly cash flow forecast and cash position report.
  • Perform other accounting and finance tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements: 

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Data entry skills

  • High confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop preferred

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - PH

  • Coordinate between external and internal parties on artwork changes and project
    progress.
  • Monitor and track progress with our internal design teams.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status & progress to all stakeholders.
  • Audit the files and folders to make sure everything is up to date and as expected based on the tracking sheets provided.
  • Create and maintain basic monthly reports on workload progress.
  • Organize the customer operation team's requests, identify priorities under the supervision of the Director of Operation - Product Development and coordinate workload.


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in customer services, project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills including LOOKUPs and Pivot tables)
  • Experience in Project management tools is a plus
  • Savvy and quick to learn new concepts and systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask and organize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - PH

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and process incoming client orders with accuracy and attention to detail from
    entering orders to processing EDI Transactions up until invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including inventory management and coordination with 3PL partners regarding order requirements, dimensions, and routing.
  • Route orders using vendor portals and customer traffic departments to ensure orders ship on time and in full compliance.
  • Coordinate all aspects of orders for key account customers in US, including item ticketing, labels, carton markings, and shipping documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or discrepancies related to order processing and deliveries.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Communicate order updates, shipping information, and account details to clients in a clear and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service tipough various channels, including email and chat.
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in Logistics, order processing, or other relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) and domestic shipping processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills including V-lookups and
    Pivot tables).
  • Proficiency in ERP or other financial software.
  • Proficiency in web-based software, shared drives, and online applications.
  • Savvy and-quick to learn new concepts and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced
    environment.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT-PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - PH

  • Maintain company's product and sales related data.
  • Work cross functionally with various departments including Product Development, Graphic, Sales and Operations to obtain and provide accurate data.
  • Communicate with suppliers to maintain accurate information.
  • Communicate internally and externally to provide data, reports, and summaries.
  • Efficiently gather data and assist the Customer Operations team when needed.
  • Manage the samples inventory and ensure timely shipment of samples ordered from the factories to the China office.
  • Coordinate samples requests from our North America and European sales teams and collaborate with China team on execution.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient communication within the teams.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.


Requirements: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel skills (PivotTable, V-LOOKUP)
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts promptly.
