ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - PH

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile account receivables. Ensure that all collections and allowable deductions are applied and reviewed on a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing (these include, but are not limited to, journal entry preparation and posting, various account reconciliation and analysis)
- Assist in management report and financial statement preparation.
- Assist in quarterly reporting including royalties and sales tax etc.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- High confidentiality
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop preferred

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts' personnel at all levels.
- Oversee the entire account lifecycle from onboarding to order fulfillment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Combine sales expertise with operational know-how to ensure efficient and successful account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and in compliance with client requirements.
- Generate and analyze sales reports leveraging them for inventory forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product offerings within existing accounts.
- Regularly collaborate with planners to evaluate forecasts and suggest optimal inventory levels that align with market demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, projects, or account management preferably in the toys or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry trade shows as required
This is a full-time remote position with working hours during the US ET work-day
